DLB Bootcamp will consist of a variety of circuit based classes and exercise that will focus across many aspects of fitness. Designed to accommodate all fitness levels and ages. A challenging combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises.

A 30 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism. Think ‘old-school’ circuit training, but with functional equipment, uploaded commands and backing track and ‘Powerplay’ features.
New to exercise or not exercised in while. The beginners circuit focuses on major muscle groups using a circuit based approach. Using basic equipment and bodyweight exercises sessions will focus on technique, development of muscular endurance and cardio-vascular fitness"
