I am a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer. I offer Personal Training sessions to suit your individual wants and needs that will in turn enable you to achieve your personal goals. Whilst I can base our sessions at my space within the biscuit factory in Leith. I am also available to meet you where you want and discuss outdoor or gym orientated training. I provide a free consultation where we can discuss exactly what it is you want to get from Personal Training. From this we can piece together a tailored and programme that is aligned with your fitness goals.

My fitness journey began away back in 1996 when I gained an HNC in Health & Fitness from Stevenson college. However, after years of doing varying jobs mostly in retail, I decided in 2013 to undertake an Exercise to Music Qualification mostly because of my love Les Mills RPM. Thus, after gaining this I decided to qualify in this Les Mills programme and became an RPM instructor in 2014. In turn, whilst studying for my Health, Science & Society degree from 2014 I also qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer as well as becoming a Les Mill Bodypump, Metafit, MetaPWR & Boxercise instructor.
CURRENT CONTINUOUS PROGFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

I have always had a passion for sports, fitness and maintaining my own health and fitness. With my past and current interests including: football and strength and conditioning.
In playing football from 16 - 22 this period of my life developed my love and enjoyment of football. Concurrently ingraining in me not only the benefits of regular exercise but also participating in something that you love doing. This in turn has enabled me to realise the importance of absolutely loving my job and the individual sessions and the group exercise classes that I teach. Thus enabling people to enjoy fitness whilst being in a supporting, empathic and motivating setting.

During your free consultation, I will assess your fitness levels and from there we can create and develop a bespoke programme to enable you to you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Please note that full session price will be charged when cancelling within 24 hours of the booked session, unless due to exceptional circumstances.
No cancellation fee will be charged when rebooking prior to the end of each week.
